About the Assignment

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Technician for an exciting assignment with an established industrial company in Småland. The company specializes in precision machining and metal components for demanding industrial applications and is currently in an expansion phase with a focus on quality, technology, and development.

About the Role

In this role, following an introduction period, you will work independently with CNC machines, primarily milling and multi-operation machines. You will program machines and manage the entire production flow – from programming and setup to the finished part – while also being responsible for the quality of the parts you manufacture.

You will serve as a key resource for colleagues, contributing your experience and expertise in programming, machine setup, and rigging. The work is primarily done with carbon steel and stainless steel, and production consists of small batches and one-off manufacturing.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Independently set up and operate CNC machines
• Program machines according to drawings and requirements
• Machine setup and rigging
• Ensure quality of manufactured parts
• Support colleagues with programming and machine adjustments as needed
